This Travel Disclaimer explains important realities of safari and nature travel, including changing conditions, wildlife movement, supplier operations and traveller responsibilities.

Safari, beach and adventure travel involve natural environments, independent suppliers and changing conditions. Africa Last Minute plans carefully, but some factors remain outside our control. This disclaimer helps travellers understand what may affect their journey.
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Animals move freely according to natural patterns, weather, water, vegetation, breeding cycles, predator-prey behaviour, human activity and seasonal conditions. Guides use experience to improve chances of sightings, but nature remains unpredictable.
Weather may affect roads, flights, sea conditions, visibility, trekking routes, boat trips, park access, game drives, mountain routes and beach activities. Itinerary adjustments may be required for safety or practicality.
Travel times are approximate. East Africa journeys may be affected by traffic, roadworks, rain, rough roads, police checks, ferry delays, border procedures, wildlife crossings, park access queues and other local conditions.
Travellers are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness before booking. Some activities, including gorilla trekking, mountain climbing, long game drives, boat trips, snorkeling and walking experiences, may require moderate fitness or involve uneven terrain. Guests should seek medical advice where necessary.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, travel authorizations and entry documents for every destination included in the itinerary. Requirements may change, so travellers should check before departure.
Travel services may be provided by hotels, lodges, camps, airlines, transfer companies, activity providers, guides, park authorities, boat operators and other suppliers. Africa Last Minute works with suppliers to deliver the itinerary, but supplier operations may be affected by factors outside our control.
